PLEASE NOTE;
Garments are not guaranteed to fit as pictured due to unique body shapes. Garments will appear to have a better fit at the proper size. A larger garment will lay flatter across the hips versus a smaller garment causing tension at the seams. It is recommended to have garments tailored to the proper size for the best fit or order one size up, better still send an email with your measurements.
Product color and quality as seen on a monitor may vary slightly compared to actual items due to photography lighting conditions and individual screen color calibration.
SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
Production time for your item can take anywhere from 3-to 20 business days. Due to the high quality of our items, we don’t keep these delicate items hanging on the racks at risk of getting damaged. Rest assured when you purchase your item you are the only person to try it on first because it was made when you ordered.
Most items are made upon order & Pre-Order. We request an estimated 15 business days before shipping
Upon returning your item, please follow these guidelines:
1. Since these are handmade and pre-orders, please make sure the item has not been worn, and all tags are attached. We sell out of our items so quickly that there is someone else most probably wanting what you are returning. In some cases, this may have happened to you. So we ask that you return the item nicely so that another customer can buy a non-used/worn item.
- Your package must be postmarked within 7 business days after receiving the item from Menkie Luxy (which can be determined from tracking your item) or sending tracking numbers via email. You are responsible for shipping
- A gift card will be issued in place of any returns
